Welcome to InterviewHero. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscriptions

All subscriptions are auto-renewed unless canceled by the user. No refunds are provided under any circumstances. Users can cancel their subscription anytime by navigating to the Plans page and selecting "Change to Free Subscription."

Upgrades: If a user upgrades their subscription, the changes are applied immediately. The new number of interviews available will reflect the upgraded plan, and no interviews from the previous plan will carry over.

Downgrades: If a user downgrades their subscription, the changes will take effect on the last day of the current billing period. The number of interviews available will reset to match the new plan's allowance at the start of the next billing cycle, without summing up remaining interviews from the previous plan.

2. User Responsibilities

Users may share feedback and interview questions externally for learning purposes. However, users are prohibited from fraudulent activities or misusing the platform.

3. Accessibility and Availability

We strive to ensure platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

4. Payments

We use Stripe for payment processing. Failed subscription payments are handled based on Stripe's default policies.

5. Feedback

Feedback is provided within 5 days of submission, guaranteed. However, the medium timeframe for feedback is displayed on the respective plan details page.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts in extreme situations, such as misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

InterviewHero does not guarantee job offers or real-world success, even with a 100% feedback score. Interview questions and feedback are based on past experiences and may not reflect all real-world scenarios.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your operational jurisdiction.
