What is an interview?

An interview is a training session where you can practice answering real-world technical and HR questions. Here's how it works:

  1. Go to the Interviews page and search for an interview (e.g., "Backend Developer with Python").
  2. Click "Start Interview" on the selected interview's page.
  3. Answer the questions during the session. These could be text or code questions.
  4. Note: Sessions are not saved. You must complete and submit the interview in the same session.
  5. You cannot submit empty answers. If you don't know the answer, write something like "I don't know"—just like in a real interview.
  6. Once submitted:
    • Your interview status will appear on the History page.
    • The number of interviews left for your plan will decrease by 1.

Important: You can only start and submit an interview if your remaining interviews are greater than 0. If not, you will be prompted to upgrade your plan. If you already have the Premium Plan and need more interviews, please contact us.

Who will review my interview?

Your interviews will be reviewed by experienced professionals, including former team leads and HR specialists from some of the biggest IT companies. The quality of review may depend on your chosen plan. For more details, check the plan details.

What is the difference between the plans?

Our Free Plan offers 3 interviews per month. Standard Plan provides 20 interviews for $19.99/month, and Premium Plan offers 100 interviews for $49.99/month. More on this in the plans page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to the Plans page. If you have a Standard or Premium Plan, you will see a button labeled "Change to Free Subscription". Click this button to cancel your subscription immediately. If you are already on the Free Plan, this option will not be available.

How long does feedback take?

Feedback is guaranteed within 5 days. Typical times are listed on the respective plan page.

Can I get a refund?

No, refunds are not available for any plan.

What happens if I share feedback externally?

You are allowed to share feedback and questions for learning purposes.
